Celebrate three milestones in one with this special screening: the Cinematheque’s 40th anniversary, SILENT MOVIE’s 50th anniversary, and Mel Brooks’ 100th. Filmmakers Mel Funn (Mel Brooks), Marty Eggs (Marty Feldman) and Dom Bell (Dom DeLuise) pitch an idea to make a modern silent movie to the studio chief (Sid Ceasar) of Big Picture Studios.
